Very poorly built.I agree with the previous comment, it is on the smaller side, but this is exactly what I wanted. The quality is definitely superior - actually better than I expected. Very well made and I love the handle slide feature to secure the backpack on top of your carry on.This backpack was MUCH smaller than I expected it to be. This would be a good fit for a child. I returned it. Quality is very good though and I like the trolley sleeve on the back.
