We bought these for our children to able to carry their water bottles, snacks, and jackets on hikes. They fit well, seem well made, and unlike some others, the straps don’t run against their necks, but we’re sending these back because they won’t hold an average size water bottle. We tried them with Klean Kanteens and a generic plastic cycling water bottle. You can force them in, but that defeats the purpose when the goal is for kids to use them independently.This bag was just the right size for vacation. The bag easily held all of our essential supplies. The arm was padded and was extremely comfortable to carry even when it’s full. This bag is well made and durable.
