Very durable, I put tons of books, pamphlets and water bottles in it for a week. Carries a lot of weight and holds lots of stuff. The water pockets on the side are great. Even though the straps are thin, they are still very comfortable and is very good quality.I took this backpack to a college football game at the Alamo dome. It was big enough to hold my essential purse items plus more!Not as comfy as I hoped as far as wearing on the back but will only use for concerts anyway. It fit a lot though. Would recommendPurchased to use so we could attend a music venue and meet guidelines for the clear bag policy. The bag is just as pictured. It just wasn't the size my daughter ultimately wanted, and having something clear on your back so everyone can see what's inside isn't ideal, especially in large crowds. She had planned on wearing it in front of her, but we ended up purchasing crossbody clear bags that met guidelines instead. This might be good for someone who isn't as paranoid as I am to have everyone see the contents of your bag from behind you.Straps broke after 2 days of useThis bag has a lot of space. I fit a surprising amount of stuff inside. The side pockets for water bottles are great too; there is one on each side. Zipper is smooth and doesn't jam. Straps are pretty comfortable even with two water bottles weighing the backpack down.Took this bag to a MLB game and the security guard said "this is the perfect bag, bring this every time you come to the stadium next season." And I will!Perfect for the music festivalIt fit everything that I needed with space to spare. Liked it so much that I bought a 2nd bag to gift a friend.
