Outfitting my 2022 Tesla Model S LR; I ordered these made in the USA mats. They arrived promptly in a long 8”x8” box. It took several minutes to extract the numerous pieces. The mats were very well throughout for maximum functionality. They weighed 33#; ouch!!! The rear mat just did not fit well. Reboxing the mats was an impossible task. So, I taped them up, even the small parts. This would be a much better product If lighter ori owned a pickup truck we’re weight was not a problem. Go USA MADE. Ford Tuff, but not great in a Tesla.I like they are custom cut and are tough. They are not heavy or thick but do the job well. I like them .The molds were near perfect for my Plaid. They're definitely functional and add a significant amount of protection to the floor.Given that the official Tesla mats are ~$500, it's a good value for money.Be aware that the mats aren't very easy on the eyes. Installation takes a bit of time and effort in order to align the mats correctly as well.Ive been fortunate to not have had the opportunity to clean them yet, however, I'd imagine — in the event of a large liquid or solid spill — good protection, however, a significant amount of effort needed to take out and reinstall the mat.Not sure how easy it would be to vacuum either, as the hexagonal pattern forms small indented divots with enough of a depth that maybe difficult for some vaccum tips to access.The mat precisely fits my new 2022 Model S LR. In fact it fits so precisely such that there is no wiggle room for me to flip over to get access to the bottom storage area. If the material was a bit softer, it would be easier, but the material is quite stiff and not that easy to fold to access the bottom storage, if I had to. So I ended up cutting about 1/2" on the side near to the bumper for easier access. A large scissor did the trick. Otherwise, it looks fantastic and sturdy.Very limited selection for 2022 Model S, so this was all that was available. Will buy Maxpider when available.Update: ~2.5 years into installing them with three winters and two summers endured: They are still going strong! Save the extra clips you get for the very aggressive car wash guys who clean the inside of your car. I recently found one had broken it and the passenger side was flopping down. Glad I found the old extra clips. Definitely worth the price for me.Update: ~1 year, two winters and a summer into ownership: Absolutely love them! They have been durable and great despite the snow, mud, dirt and dogs they've handled (way more than I expected in my Tesla, honestly!). Updating from the 4 I gave a week or so after I purchased them to a 5 star for the real-world experience!Original 4-star review (slightly edited for spelling):Just purchased these last week. I like them so far & friends have complimented us on them! I have an updated Model S (purchased in Dec 2016) which is a little different and this product fits great. One small quibble has to do with how they come rolled up: The backseat ones were easy to install as the direction of the roll was allowed for it to lay down correctly without corners popping up. The front two mats were rolled in 'reverse' of this. i.e when I initially put them in, they curled up from the back and down from the front. I had to roll the front two in the opposite direction and leave them for a couple of hours and then put them into the car. You'll definitely need one of the 4 plastic clips they give you for the passenger side mat to keep the front up (never knew that the mats in the Tesla are velcroed on because of the near vertical angle under the passenger seat). I only used that one clip and didn't need any of the others. Again, very happy with these in the first week & highly recommenced them as lower-priced alternatives.Though Pro does an excellent job with fit. It looks like it came from the factory with them installed.Pros:Fits very well and has more flex than some of the more rigid plastic rear cargo mats so accessing the sub trunk is still possibleGood value/costDurable product/thick rubberSmall spikes on the bottom keep it planted against the interior of the car and the pattern on the top has already contained a small spillCons:Smells VERY strongly when it arrived. Overpowered even the new car smell. Removed mat from car and left it out on a patio table in the sun/rain for 7+ days and the smell finally subsided for the most part. Getting it hot seems to release whatever is causing the smell so the hotter out the better for those 7 days!Doesn't have raised sides to contain a much larger spill (nit picking I suppose but my old car with weather tech mats had a 2 inch lip)I like the style and can put lots of stuff!does the job and looks goodNice bag, plenty of roomWie es die andere Rezension gut zusammenfasste, passt in den Rucksack tatsächlich viel rein! Bin sehr zufrieden. Tochter nutzt ihn für die Schule.
