My son loves it but it’s a little thin. He’s in fourth grade so he doesn’t have so much home work. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have to carry heavy items.The boy likes it'sPurchased for my 1st grader and he loves it. The negative outweigh the positive though, If you have a habit of wearing one shoulder, Someone carrying a large load, It's going to rip the seem from the top. Also, The zipper is very thin and fragile, So, With a slight uneven tuck or yank type movement will most likely destroy the zipper. It took 13 pounds to rip the top seam, Because I swung the bag over my shoulder. My Yak Pak I've had for 15 years, Still is strong and as good as day one. So, Really cheaply made, I'd recommend this bag, If you're carrying a smaller load.
